Transcription

Being desirous of fixing the limit of their respective spheres of influence, the Government of India and His Highness the Amir of Afghanistan have agreed that the frontier line from Chandak in the valley of the Kunar to the Persian border shall be demarcated by joint commissioners.

Translation

اپنے اپنے دائرۂ اختیار کی حدود کا تعین کرنے کی غرض سے، حکومتِ ہند اور امیرِ افغانستان نے اتفاق کیا ہے کہ کنڑ کی وادی میں چندک سے لے کر ایرانی سرحد تک سرحدی خط کی حد بندی مشترکہ کمشنروں کے ذریعے کی جائے گی۔
