Regulation III of 1901: The Frontier Crimes Regulation

An Act to provide for the suppression of crime in certain frontier districts. Where the Deputy Commissioner is satisfied that a dispute exists likely to cause a blood-feud or breach of the peace, he may refer the question to a Council of Elders convened under this Regulation.

مخصوص سرحدی اضلاع میں جرائم کی روک تھام کا قانون۔ جہاں ڈپٹی کمشنر مطمئن ہو کہ ایسا تنازع موجود ہے جس سے خونریزی یا امن میں خلل کا اندیشہ ہو، وہ معاملے کو اس ریگولیشن کے تحت قائم کردہ کونسل آف ایلڈرز (جرگہ) کو بھیج سکتا ہے۔
